Real Estate Imagery
Aerial Imagery for Real Estate is all about the point of difference between listings, and grabbing the buyers emotional attention. Once your buyer can visualise the location, and knows exactly where their local points of interest, including schools, parks and shops, all you need to do is let their imagination do the talking.
Soon they’ll be figuring out how far the Sunday stroll to the cafe will be…
Top Down
The classic ‘birds-eye’ shot, the Top Down allows the viewer to clearly see the layout of the property, including boundaries, neighbouring structures, and more. You may prefer a tight crop on the property, or a broader panel showing the neighbouring properties
This shot can be edited to highlight the property, easements, and future development options.
Oblique
Taken from a distance, the oblique shot highlights the property in context of the surrounding landscape, and can be taken from a variety of directions depending on the desired marketing.
This shot is frequently edited to highlight the property and nearby points of interest such as schools, shops, cafes, and public transport.
Pole Shot
A ‘old-is-new’ approach to Real Estate photography, the drone pole shot is becoming quite popular again, showing the street appeal and presentation of the property, from a welcoming and familiar angle.
Perfect for a cover shot on marketing material and web listings.
Points of Interest
Similar to the oblique, this shot shows the property in relation to other landmarks, but is often taken from a particularly notable or spectacular landmark, to capture the buyers interest, and relate the location to a known point.
Twilight & Sunset Shots
Perfect for capturing the ambience of the property in the twilight, or for ‘grab’ with dramatic sunsets, these shots are property-sellers. While all types of shots can be varied significantly by time of day, the Twilight & Sunset Shots are specifically composed, and the property may be specially lit, to bring out the perfect balance of light.
